Room for rent in a 5-bedroom apartment in one of the most central areas of Barcelona, very close to the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia. The flat has been refurbished and has 5 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom.

Your booking request will only be accepted if you are between 20 & 40 years of age.
The booking must be made in the name of the person entering the room.
Maximum occupancy: 1 person per room
Important information: The deposit must be paid within the first week of booking confirmation. In order to check-in, you need to fill in the form sent to you by the landlord and arrange the check-in at least 48 hours before arrival. Without these three conditions, your booking may be cancelled.
Payment method: bank transfer
All transfers from bank accounts outside the EU will be charged an additional fee of €20 due to bank charges for international transactions.
Check-in:
Monday - Friday: from 9:00 to 18:00. It is not possible to check in earlier or later.
No check-ins during weekends.
Check out is until 11.00 am
Cleaning service included once per week.
Registration is not possible.
In case of early exit, the deposit will not be refunded.
